Terms of Use
Effective July 27, 2026 ยท Version 2026-07-27
1. Agreement and business authority
These Terms govern access to Fieldgates. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Fieldgates for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and to provide the information, website, accounts, and instructions submitted to the service.
2. The service
Fieldgates provides website-assisted business onboarding, research, recommendations, workflow and task management, connected-service insights, AI-assisted drafting, and human or hybrid execution where included in the selected plan or written scope. Free access provides the features identified as free in the product. Paid plans provide only the capacity, categories, review, and support shown for that plan. Work outside coverage may require an upgrade, separate scope, access, or approval.
3. Accounts, teammates, and security
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners and authorized administrators control invitations and permissions and are responsible for granting only appropriate access. You are responsible for activity performed by users acting through your organization unless the activity resulted from Fieldgates failing to use reasonable safeguards.
4. Your content, websites, and connected accounts
You retain your rights in information and files you submit. You give Fieldgates and its service providers a limited right to host, copy, analyze, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content, public website research, connected accounts, and requested actions. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials, payment-card data, or sensitive personal information that the requested workflow does not require.
5. AI-assisted work and review
Fieldgates may use AI-assisted systems to prepare research, recommendations, drafts, and execution results. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Fieldgates uses approval and staff-review steps for supported work, but you remain responsible for reviewing material decisions and anything published or used on behalf of your business. The service is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
6. Approvals and third-party actions
Fieldgates will not treat a recommendation as permission to make a sensitive external change. Public content, profile changes, advertising changes, pricing or offer changes, and similar actions require the authority and approval shown in the product or a written instruction from an authorized user. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and business consequences of approved instructions. Third-party platforms may delay, reject, change, or reverse an action under their own rules.
7. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Prices, currency, billing interval, included capacity, and any setup fee are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew for the selected interval until canceled or otherwise ended. Taxes may apply. Plan changes and cancellations take effect on the date shown in the billing workspace or checkout terms. You remain responsible for charges incurred before the effective cancellation date. Refund or credit requests are reviewed through support under applicable law and any written order terms; the service does not promise a refund merely because unused capacity remains. Custom Enterprise work is governed by the written scope agreed with Fieldgates.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Fieldgates to break the law or another party's rights; deceive, harass, discriminate, spam, or distribute harmful content; probe or bypass security or organization boundaries; introduce malware; scrape or overload the service; resell access without permission; extract models or system prompts; or instruct Fieldgates to access an account, site, or data source without authority. We may investigate and restrict activity needed to protect customers, providers, and the service.
9. Fieldgates materials and deliverables
Fieldgates retains its platform, software, methods, templates, branding, and pre-existing materials. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use client-visible deliverables prepared for your organization for its ordinary business purposes. That permission does not transfer Fieldgates platform rights or third-party material. You are responsible for checking whether names, claims, images, music, fonts, datasets, or other third-party elements require permission before publication.
10. Third-party services
Fieldgates depends on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, email delivery, AI service providers, and connected Google services. Your use of a connected provider remains subject to that provider's terms and permissions. Fieldgates is not responsible for a third-party outage, account restriction, data change, or policy decision outside its reasonable control, but will use reasonable efforts to preserve queued work and communicate material service impact.
11. Availability and changes
We work to operate Fieldgates reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular ranking, revenue result, lead volume, platform approval, or business outcome. Features may change as the product and third-party services evolve. We will not knowingly replace a purchased plan's material paid commitment without notice or an appropriate transition.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel an eligible subscription through the supported billing path. Fieldgates may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or harm to the service or others, using notice where reasonable. Account closure does not erase payment, consent, dispute, security, or other records that must be retained. Contact support for export, offboarding, or deletion requests.
13. Responsibility and legal limits
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fieldgates is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unreviewed AI output, unauthorized customer instructions, inaccurate customer data, or a third-party platform outside Fieldgates' reasonable control. Any additional liability allocation for custom work must be stated in the applicable written order.
14. Contact and changes to these Terms
Questions, notices, and support requests may be sent to support@fieldgates.com. We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the new effective date and version and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement when required for a material change.
